Boma Dinner Experience

Step through the thorn-fenced entrance of a traditional Maasai boma and into an evening unlike any other. A long table draped in linen and candlelight awaits you inside the circular enclosure, open to the vast African sky above.

As the fire crackles at the centre and Maasai warriors stand sentinel at the perimeter, our chef presents a multi-course feast that blends East African flavours with contemporary fine dining — grilled game meats, slow-cooked tagines fragrant with Zanzibar spices, and desserts finished with wildflower honey harvested from the highlands.

The boma dinner is our most intimate dining experience, limited to a single couple or small group per evening. With no electricity and no walls, just firelight and starlight, the atmosphere is profoundly romantic — a dinner that feels as ancient as the land itself.
