General Cancellation Terms

Cancellation policies vary by property, season, and rate type. The specific terms applicable to your booking will be provided at the time of reservation confirmation. Below are our general guidelines.

Standard Cancellation Windows

Peak Season & Special Events

During peak season (typically July–October and December–March), stricter cancellation terms may apply. Bookings during the Great Migration season or holiday periods may require non-refundable deposits.

Modifications

Date changes and modifications are subject to availability and may incur rate adjustments. We recommend contacting our reservations team as early as possible for any changes to your booking.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. Safari holidays involve significant logistics, and insurance provides protection against unforeseen circumstances.

How to Cancel

To cancel or modify a booking, please contact our reservations team at reservations@acaciacollections.com with your booking reference number. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
